The /meat/ flag is pretty cool, why are we voting in favor of a boring flag with just two elements to it?

Ideally this splat and the pic should be enough to replace all lore posts in OP. The flag is here since I imagine it to be more commonly used as material.

https://rentry.org/z86bo contains the splat and also citations to earlier lore posts.

>Society
Theocracy. /meat/ society is primarily divided into lower-class raiders ("barbarians") and upper-class clergy-nobles. The leader is called abbot, who rules the land from the abattoir through the clergy.
Contrary to popular belief, /meat/ settlements and cities are not gore-filled slaughterhouses. Cities under the auspice of the clergy are well-maintained. The streets are brick-laid, the buildings are made of marble and steel. All corners of the cities are adorned with reliefs and paintings glorifying their faith. On the other hand, settlements of the lower class are less well-organised, relying more on traditional materials like wood, stones, bricks and lime plasters reign supreme in these places. The one thing the two contrasting society have in common is the temple located in the heart of every settlement, where religious rituals and secular administration is carried out.

>Religion
/meat/ religion is centred around the idea of balance in the cycle of life: birth, suffering, death, and rebirth. It preaches that participating in every step of the cycle brings one closer to enlightenment. Sentient beings, due to their ability to perceive suffering better than other lifeforms, are thus considered superior. However, the overpopulation of the heavenly realm with "immortal" chuuba gods throw the cycle off-balance. Believing that it will ultimately lead to the apocalypse, /meat/ takes it upon themselves to cull the chuuba population to restore the balance.
Many in /meat/ believes in the existence of some kind of life energy permeating the cycle, one that can be enriched or activated by partaking in the steps of the cycle. For most, it means increasing the amount of suffering one receives between life and death, resulting in its love for ryona. While the main targets of their tenet are other chuuba gods, whose immortality is seen as a sign of stagnation, mortals are still often sacrificed to sustain the cycle.
Contrary to popular belief, the concept of rebirth does not mean the restoration of the dead "self", but rather the creation and sustenance of life from one's death, like that of predators, germs and maggots. However, /meat/ chuuba are commonly known for their ability to revive from death. Due to their ability to potentially partake in the cycle indefinitely, they're considered gods by /meat/, who in turn enlightens them with new ryona rituals and blessed mortals who share part of their immortality.

>History
The /meat/ holy text claims their worships have existed since the ancient days of /jp/. As bearers of the forbidden knowledge, they were shunned by others, leading to their eventual exodus to the land that will later be known as /meat/. Established themselves above the natives that will later become the instruments of their will, they continue their worship of their gods, refining their rituals and conducting their holy work.

>Economy
The main exports of /meat/ are cocoa and exotic meat. Its advanced, if often horrifying medical knowledge means /meat/ can provide unlikely salvation to those with ailments otherwise deemed incurable. Rumours of desperate people with means visiting /meat/ to heal themselves with terrible price are common.

>Region
A: Atoyavik. It is the population centre of /meat/, thanks to the nutritious river flowing through it. Its industry and commerce feed the rest of the land.
B: Matiriki. It houses the core of its seafaring navy.
C: Ryonastaat. It is home to its landbound army.
D: Nacatlan. Its name means "land around/beneath flesh". The highland surrounding the abattoir is where the majority of its secular government functions are conducted, making it the de facto capital of the land.
E: Nacatlah. Meaning "land abundant with flesh", it is home to the clergy-nobles of /meat/. Its main cathedral, the abattoir, is built around the spring that is the source of the blood river.
F: [redacted]. Some believe this isolated island is home to /meat/'s test facilities, where medical procedures deemed too macabre for its rituals are conducted.
G: Namakubi. An island near the holo continent that was captured by /meat/ and made into its forward base. Due to /meat/'s propensity to harvest resources from its victims, the island is commonly used to hold raid bounties before they are processed and shipped back to the mainland. Some say it also contains the secret resorts of powerful individuals from the rest of the world when they come to receive unorthodox treatment.

>Wonder
The blood river. It flows from the main cathedral in Nacatlah through Nacatlan before ending in Atoyavik. Since the arrival of the cult, the river has been used to wash away the flesh and blood of human sacrifices. Although the blood is too diluted to actually turn the river red, the additional nutrients made the water bountiful and the riverbanks fertile. According to /meat/ religious text, the river will truly turn red when enough has been sacrificed to restore the cycle's balance.

reminder that /meat/ lower class are barbarians/vikings/pirates, and that the higher class are cultists secretly pulling strings like hannibal lector or the white glove society.
