Ah! For me it's more 3D anim and modeling, I have a little bit of schooling but my school shut down due to covid. I am already good at video editing and do know how to operate a camera or fill any role in a film team really, be it gaffing, producing, directing, etc because that was the course I took first in school. Having equipment and connections plus capital to shoot indie films is something else, so my dream films are a bit farther off, but I want to integrate the skills into company work when me and my buddies start up our ttrpg and video games company. My planned fanworks require some stuff I don't have yet, but my first one will have some pixel art. I can't draw in 2D well which is kinda bad for modeling since I'll have to rely on someone else to help make my 2D planes so I can model off of them, but my mentor said my modeling and animation work is good because of my attention to detail. I'll keep rooting for you, Tako, a dream only dies if you give up, so keep at it even if it's tough, and remember that there's people who believe in you and want to see you succeed =w=

Huh, I didnt know about the mini-series! A lot of his stuff really doesn't translate well from novel to film it feels like, like IT which I did read a long time ago... I will say having listened to it via audiobook, voice-acting does wonders for the characters and makes you feel what they feel pretty well. Made me care for the Torrences more than I did for their situation. I also think a big factor is probably a lot of King's best horror aspects are more vivid in the imagination and translating them to film is both a costly endeavor and loses the element of imagining the scenes in the visions/etc yourself.

Yeah, I agree, bud! I definitely like the whole concept of the Overlook kinda pulling a Hotel California and Both being empowered by and desiring Doc's death to gain his power, and the idea that it kinda uses your own failures to make you surrender yourself to it It makes you feel for Jack. He's obviously made mistakes, the kind that end relationships, but you know he tried, and if not for the Overlook basically being like a corruption spreader, things wouldn't have ended tragically the way they did. I guess if there's another criticism, it's that it doesn't explain how Tony Protects Danny, like in Room 217, but that's King, somethings are explained in excruciating detail that don't matter that much to the plot, and some things that should kinda never get cleared up At least in this book, I heard Doctor Sleep is the sequel and I kinda wanna read/listen to it after the bookclub or when Rosemi goes on jer next hiatus

Helldivers 2 is a lot of fun if a little bit buggy atm. Also its a hybrid, technically a TPS but you first person when aiming down sights. It's one of those games best played with friends and the higher difficulties requires coordination. Content is dripping out bit by bit, we just got the Patriot Mech for example, and the 3rd Faction is on the way. I enjoy it
