Only N1 gives points. Even with N1, getting the needed points is relatively hard, as it should be. To overcome the N1, you'd need a Master's degree or better. Without it, you're unlikely to get any extra points from the Research or Extra Additions portion of pic related.
If I could get a job with my current salary, I'd manage if I got N1, even without a Bachelor's degree. But getting my current salary would be near impossible at my skill level in Japan. Also working in Japan for a non-foreign company branch there sounds like hell.
