I think I figured out the new Youtube system
I tried testing with this indie who had two views, naturally, when I entered the number of viewers raised to 3. But when I opened another two tabs, it went back to 2, literally not counting any of my views at all. In the past when you opened multiple incognito tabs(they have to be "visible" on screen, meaning none in background) at least 2-3 of them would count, but now you're not being counted at all if you do this
