I've wondered about that too, but I don't think there's any deep reason for it, he may indeed have been busy, but after their debut he mentioned their orisong was cool and also said he saw Hakka's song. Around Ollie's tourney he said there just hasn't been any good timing to talk to them. He's always happy when they visit his chat, though.

Also somewhat related, but in a menshi stream before that tourney, Astel said he noticed Vesper wasn't feeling well and wanted to cheer him up. He even sent him a DM asking how he was doing but Vesper hadn't replied at the time he said that, dunno if he ever did.
