Monochrome isn't the issue. You can put it into negative prompt, like >>39191752 said but the issue lies in settings. Go to your settings and select other option you have available as opposed to the current one you have.
I'm not sure if you're using local or colab version but for me when it sets at "None" the colors will be washed out just like in the catbox you posted. https://files.catbox.moe/8e24ke.png
