Take the poo god for example. He's the undisputed king of 3T farming anything but 90++ , there he's mostly worthless.
Select others on that list are useful for "some" nodes, but are extremely limited in what they can be used for compared to someone like Morgan and Kintoki/Kriem.

Save all your SQ and Tickets for Summer. Try and get Summer Skadi and if you do get her spend the rest of your resources on Proto Merlin whose banner will be at the same time.
Disregard offensive servants for now and save up trying to get Caster Artoria and Oberon after that. Especially Caster Artoria.
Don't be tempted to roll for Arc this anniversary unless you love the character, she won't ever be good unless you can dedicate shitloads of resources towards her.
