Actually this is true, down to the Rucaco/Shondo part, I remember Shondo talking about it. She had to drop this guy after the flaming went down and Rucaco told her she was also dropping him, and then she got screwed over by Cake, she's had many issues with 3d. There's not much that remains, but here's Shondo interacting with him. It was a long time ago now but she said at the time she was working with him.

As for Rucaco, he finished her model. It was ready for debut when the allegations came out.

Digging through archives I found a Japanese forum where picrel was posted. Here you can see the model he made for Rucaco, which was complete and ready for debut, but never used. Sorry it's low quality it's all I could find.
And finally, here's the posts about him harassing and manipulating JP chuubas. He was completely blacklisted from the JP scene, there's even news articles regarding it
