Feedback for Bae/Mane-chan:

Bae's strengths in my opinion lie in zatsu and zatsu oriented games (either chill/very easy games or story/narration oriented games) which are always enjoyable. She's also entertaining in small 1 on 1 collabs especially for original ideas, not involved games. Of course she's also pretty good at singing, though I think if she got actual lessons she could become truly amazing so that's something to consider. Another thing is she's pretty good at coming up with original interesting ideas so she should definitely do those that come to mind. So those she should definitely keep doing as she's already good at it.

In terms of improvement, I think she could do with trying to improve her game sense overall, since video game streaming is probably the main things streamers do. The easy way to that I think for her would just being more patient, paying attention and reading what's on-screen instead of trying to rush everything. She's very enjoyable when chill so there's no need to try and make it fast-paced as it just ruins it when she then has no clue to what she's doing or what's happening. And on that note, spamming "what's happening" and "I'm confused" constantly is not entertaining so only the more reason to try not to lead to that by paying attention. With enough experience she could definitely take on more advanced games solo and in collabs as she's a quick learner generally.

I'd try to avoid bigger collabs as she tends to fade in the background and do random things on her own which are sometimes just a little off putting (I'm reminded of the constant flipping and drawing in VR streams). Another note is, JPs are really not her core audience and so even though she likes doing JP collabs I don't think it does her much good for her growth in general and kind of alienates her EN audience who can't follow along. Doing them on the JPs' channels might be an option maybe.

On a final note and that's more of a nitpick of mine so take it as you will, she could do with less live superchat readings as it really breaks pacing and most of the time adds nothing to the stream as they're not funny or interesting. Maybe keep a time for stream end to read the big ones or have dedicated streams for them. I believe just reading chat normally and picking the interesting messages instead would be better, as I still think interaction with chat is important on slower streams.

And no I will not take my meds.
