Maybe. However, Lui's mascot is an owl with a tie, cape, Kamina glasses, and some owl mochi stacked on its head. In contrast, Kaela brings to mind something like a crested penguin wearing a fur-collared straitacket, a hammer belt similar to hers, and a pair of sunglasses worn in the same fashion as hers.

Of course, the mascot should usually reflect both the dedicated fanbase and her on stream persona, and probably shouldn't be too busy. But if someone's asking on /vt/ what her mascot would be and it's not already clear, then a penguin blacksmith's apprentice seems like it'd be the first idea on the list.
