There's no distinction, if you're doing this on the first place. You made those lewd twitch rewards, fully aware, stuff like this might happen. And even scoffing on it as in "messing around" eventually will be annoying and repeatable, until you either roll with it and include as your "character" or completly bail and remove the feature.
