Peaky Hikers, an indie VTuber duo from Gunma Prefecture, are doing a campaign to promote vtubers with less than 1k subs.
They opened applications for such channels (less than 1k subs, 100+ videos uploaded) to be compiled into a promotion stream, but not a lot of applicants yet.
