Damn, those results are amazing! I expected my HHatUSDA thingy to do awfully considering the subject matter (silly BDSM yuri with a suddenly-intruding theological theme that even I didn't see coming, and might have been a mistake) and the level of quality my busy ESL self could achieve, so it did a bit better than expected.
But I was thinking that Shiori's Fucking Monologue wouldn't do great either because, like >>66631343 (thank you!), I expected a more "traditional" smut fic to win despite how happy I was with how SFM turned out. That expectation came true in the votes for first place - but in the Under 5k category, right behind the fic that you put first because it was great to jerk off to, you put the tight piece with its weird monologue format...my heart is so glad to see something I wrote, and that was doing something out of the norm, being appreciated to that extent.

Thank you organizer, thank you readers, and props to all you other authors! We're the lifeblood of this literary circle, and even if it might not exactly be at the forefront of western literature (as Ayame's Korean husband/victim once wrote), it has more merit than you'd expect given its location and subject matter.
