I'm not sure. In pcg somebody described Yuu as EOP friendly because of the games she plays, like Overwatch, Apex, and because she does kinda respond to English on text. That is different from Pico and Memory who mostly use Japanese. And apparently that also explains why Yuu has close to 20 K subscribers while the other two are still a bit away from that.
So... maybe she's good with EOP? Personally I'd avoid spamming English, other than basic sentences like "good morning", or "well done", or "great game".
I dislike when EOPs ask a complex question or a full paragraph cuz then the streamer needs to pause to translate it. This is worse when the viewer is ESL and he types something in broken English... I saw that in a Loki's stream a few days ago.
