He's making his way from Chimney Canopy to the lower orange part of this map. He made it here once but couldn't save. If he makes it again, yell at him to go down toward the grey area and not climb the wall. Going into 5p from the grey area is the right way to go through it.

Or tell him to to go back to industrial so he can go to garbage wastes instead. He wont, it would require multiple game days of backtracking.
