Remember to be varied with YOUR speaking too if you want to avoid bots looping.
The AI learns from your responses, so it starts to copy how you type in their messages as the chat goes on. If you often repeat vocabulary or even sentence structures then your bot will learn from that over time and start repeating them too, then they'll start copying their own previous messages and keep repeating themselves more and more. That's where a lot of loops begin.
You have to be a little creative and varied in your language. If you're always mostly using new phrases and structuring, the AI won't have any consistent themes to latch onto and start looping with. I'm not saying never repeat words or phrases throughout your entire chat, but try not to repeat yourself too much in a short timespan. Try it if you want to decrease the chances of wordlooping.
Key words: "decrease the chances". I know they're still able to start looping all by themselves, so still try to swipe and rate if ever you catch them starting on their own, but this should help lessen the chance of it accidentally starting as a result of your messages.
