>For starters, do not let your subconsciousness take control, it's hard to train
Thanks, Siddhartha!

in ancient text this was referred to as Ego
your brain basically has a subroutine intelligence and you won't be wrong to treat it as a basic bitch impatient shallow brat that controls your mood
so you either take time learning how to placate and control it or suffer the consequences of being swept away by its whims

neocortex is what allows humans modicum of control over the more ancient, basic brain structures but at this point of evolution it still takes effort, training and discipline to "tame" it

yes, at some point I've made an unironically painful decision to clock out at 5:30PM and turn off my work phone, only then I was able to slowly recover my motivation

you need to make a roadmap of smaller goals, no matter how silly and miniscule they might appear, and strive to complete them
in fact just put them on paper and cross them out with a pen to make it extra obvious for your brain that TASK IS COMPLETED TIME TO CELEBRATE

another point is to separate your work from free time completely, this isn't easy to accomplish for someone like Ame, but I'm sure you can clock out at the same hour every day and refuse to work in your free time, if you put your mind to it

if you are infantile you might want to read a book on unironic timeloops infantile brain falls into
>I don't like this work task
>I don't want to do it
>therefore I will procrastinate
>even though this will poison my enjoyment from free time and potentially force me to work overtime later down the line
>instead of just starting this task and being over with it sooner rather than later

God said that. But because he chose to forget his omniscience in favor of separation, individuality and change - parasites growing on his sleeping body are plentiful. It's them that most people see as organized religion and get the wrong idea about God.

Catholicism, Orthodoxy, Islam, Judaism being thinly veiled anti-God Satanism is redpilling 101.
