This has all the list of the innate supported artist and some LoRAs but honestly Pony is blowing up on civit so there some really good styles there now.
In terms of LoRA dependency you'll need it for styles and characters (assuming the character is not internally supported) but can do pretty much any concept you can throw at it, haven't been able to find something you can't do on it.
One thing a couple of NAI users are doing is creating a database with the mix they like on NAI and then training a LoRA on it. The style I am using is some guys NAIV3 combo.
