She was raided by Sena Bonbon from FlaVR, who won the cookie baking competition with her bear cookies last year, during Shiina's birthday stream.
Sena was announcing many things like her upcoming 3.0 model, and that she isn't going to stream on Youtube more, because she was demonetized for terrorism. Sena has been primarily streaming on Twitch since November or so.
