To help shedding some light to answer this question, here is a cut with only VSPO and Niji JP girls.

Here is the summary
>Right now only Salome, Sanbaka and Koshien captains are outranking the top 3 VSPO girls

I say a good APEX season plus the regular autumn lull for Nijis can have the VSPO girls becoming competitive for #2 among the JP girls.
Could then go for #1 tho (unseating the Holo girls)?
