My work schedule is pretty inconsistent, but I'm pretty sure I can at least work out 3/4 days a week. I have a bit of money saved up for a gym membership and it's nearby, so I can go in there on foot.

I have been doing keto since the year started, it's been working great for losing weight; is it a good thing to do keto while working out?
