This isn't actually THAT bad. I've mixed up actual names/moles, scars, dates etc before. Where he really fucked up was the part where he hid/ghosted her for two fucking months while she stewed/got "comforted" by other people.

Let it serve as a lesson for you anons: unless it's something massive(think going to jail massive), fucking up matters less than how you react to it. We all fuck up eventually, what comes afterwards is what really makes a diffence.
