you are approaching this the wrong way: if you make wins and loses be the goal you are going to be miserable all the time cause the game is designed to keep you winning and losing at exactly 50-50 rate at your current level. Eventually you will have winning streaks out of luck and they will send you spiral back in an equally large down streak when you surpass your level.

This might sound cliche but actually focus into getting better at something, place the goal somewhere else besides winning and losing. Combo heads are the retards of the fgc
but they also live more peaceful lives: they only care about pulling that sick shit mid match and thats their win and their loss, and they know they are actually getting better because they can see the results. This is happiness.
The path of results, of win and losses, is pure misery and being at the mercy of the matchmaking rng.
Build that body first. Combos are the muscle. Once you hit hard, wins will come on their own, even if you rarely hit.
