I think that's just parts where they are singing their lines. Still doesn't change the fact that she technically has the least amount of lines since she didn't get to do this line with another bird. But overanalyzing at this point isn't very productive. There are dozens of factors that might have caused this. Just wait until she or another holotori explains the production process of the song & MV.
