10-15 minutes is an eternity on stream but a lot of the content that would fit a talent show is probably hand-cam related so I'd probably do a fast-prep cooking demo. The same way that Food Network cheats by hiding different completed stages of food off camera. That way we're not stuck preheating the oven for 10 minutes of a 15 minute segment.
