I can't think of any niji I'd consider to be the Suisei of Nijisanji. There are plenty of great singers in niji, but they're all distinct in style. They don't sport the air of a dedicated idol singer the way Suisei does. Chima for sure doesn't.
I'd actually point at Mito if I had to pick someone, since she has successfully pulled the idol musician act off before. Her solo album was genuinely good, too.
