GUIDE TO NANONANORA

>General
Nanonanora, the capitol city of the Candy Kingdom, is the masterpiece of both Himesama and many talented engineer-naitos from ancient days. There are 4 major sections, which include: Castle Himemori, the Districts, the Quarters, and the Residences. As of 1123, Nanonanora is home to about 800k citizens, 90% of which are Luman, with the others mostly being diplomatic representatives, traveling traders, and foreign students. The simplest of the major sections is the Residential areas, where people live, with the wealth of residents generally decreasing the farther away from the main roadway to the castle. The poorest, however, live outside the walls in the sprawl, the area between the river and the gate, in a variety of small huts. Being proud Luknights, they still like to keep their sprawl presentable for when the princess comes around. On the other side of the city is numerous military encampments designed to protect the backside of Castle Himemori. The royal guard practice and train here.

>Quarters
The Quarters are reserved for artisan trades.

The arts quarter is full of museums, artistic craft studios, and stores of art supplies and art itself. Chief among the museums is the Royal Museum of Crafted Cuteness or RMCC, located in the northwest of the quarter. It is every Art-naito's dream to get pieces into here.

The foreign quarter is for non-Luman or foreign-inspired businesses. Restaurants, trinket shops, and cultural centers can be found here, like a little Nadex within the larger city.

The nightlife quarter is for bars, theaters, and other entertainment places. A long time ago, there was a rumor that Luna-hime herself would bartend at a tiny, well-hidden establishment called Club Luna. Since then, many bars calling themselves Club Luna have sprung up, dressing their bartenders up as the princess. Don't ask what the bunaitos do in this part of town.

The culinary quarter is the go-to spot for authentic Luknight cuisine, be it in a restaurant or a shop. Candy processing locations are also here, as well as the headquarters for all the culinary Luknight guilds.

Lastly, the main road is sometimes called "the Fifth Quarter", as many people set up temporary stands to sell goods there. However, it is also the main spot for Luna's frequent royal parades, so no stand gets to stand there for long.
