Tonight we're playing some high-stakes, ultra-chuuni Mahjong.
The rules will be a bit different, as there's a special event:
>At the start of each round, when the dealer is about to draw a tile, 3 tiles will be revealed from the tile wall and they will become Option Tiles
>Every time a player is to draw a tile normally or after a man, they can choose from one of the three Option Tiles
>The Option Tiles not chosen by the player will be kept
>Option tiles are visible to all players
