I mean, I could sum up the whole thing by just saying it's a whole album about how weird it is to be a Live2D anime grill, but why she loves it enough to not graduate anytime soon. This is a blatant reference to her ASMR streams, where she intentionally breaks all the rules of one of the most sacrosanct stream styles out there, and instead of trying to limit all the weird shitty noises that intruded on previous attempts, she makes that the goal. She's gonna be an idol, but she's gonna find her OWN way to be an idol, damn it, and it's gonna grow on you just the same way this stupid song seems to be growing on /here/beats.

Well fuck. This is the one I'm the least confident on by far, and it just so happens to be the one she'll never confirm or deny. Go big or go home, I guess:
So right after overwhelming everybody with the high-effort shitpost and completely upending the first half of the album, the listener's worn out, they need a rest, and they need some time to gather their thoughts.
The one thing I'm sure of is that this is a song from Mori, to Mori.

It's referring back to her split soul from UnAlive, playing with perspective in the same way that her other slow somber song did.

That's not a reference to Kiara, it's a side of herself that she's struggled to accept until now. Whether it's a reconciliation with the dark side she fought. There's a good chance that it ties into songs and story arcs beyond the scope of this split that I'm not willing to eat a ban over right now, and maybe that's the conclusion Calli came to as well. But if I had to narrow it down to just one thing, I'd say:
If End of a Life was a requiem for her old soul, Resting Power is a serenade for her new body.
It's a song pointed at her Persona, both in the theatrical/Jungian sense of a public-facing "alter-ego", AND in the Atlus Videogame Company sense of an evil version of yourself that can never be exorcised, only tamed by admitting that she's actually just you deep down, and once you learn to love her you can use her as your stand and change the world.
It reminds me of something Pekora mentioned on stream before - where the longer she does this job, the harder it gets in her daily life to not say "peko", or to behave like a rascally anime blob in contexts that no longer fit it. Calli has continually been shocked at just how much streaming calms her down, just how much she likes doing girly shit for deadbeats that used to (and to some extent, still kinda does) disgust her. How she keeps getting shocked at how much longer she can stream and how much harder it is to stop and--OH WAIT

She's shocked, and terrified, at how much this act now means to her, and how it's taken on a life of its own that is neither just her relabeled psyche nor an embodiment of ghostlings' wishes, but something in between the two that she's still getting to know.

Deep down, the soul inhabiting Mori Calliope's body knows she's just a human. Just because she can't go back to normal now doesn't make her any more capable of living up to this gestalt ideal. Like us, she knows it's a fantasy, that she can't actually marry us or fix us. But that doesn't make her any less committed to being the best host for Our Mori.
