You have nothing to worry about on that front. She's made it very clear how much she worries about balancing what SHE wants and what she knows the fans want to see too, since it's going to be her new brand from now on. She also commissioned this, and a lot of her old artwork of herself has roughly the same proportions as the dokimakura, if a bit smaller on the chest and hips. I think that's a safe bet on her new proportions.
