I don't know if this place is already claimed of not but since now I have a clearer image of where would the countries be, can I place the Suisei general country here (picrel)? I said before that I wanted mountains and a volcano but those things have low priority in comparison to the bay and observatories don't really need a high ground. I want it to be a naval nation in a template/coldish climate with a bay, that's more important
