So yesterday I did some experiments with a 0 view youtube stream. And here is what I found:
>adblock views and tab out views do get counted
>youtube vanced views get counted
>using 2 different devices under the same network generally gets counted as 2 views
I don't know about using multiple tabs/browsers though. The results were pretty random
