I think of her as more chaotic evil similar to a Kid Buu type. At least before she met Ame which is part of the lore. Pre-Ame she probably just killed/tortued things for fun and was powerful enough to not be bothered. This also aligns with her liking edgy stuff, and the fact it still leaks out once in a while.
