It seems like they just rig the first chatbot model they find to the first vtuber model they find and expect it to work, doing only the most basic stuff like responding to chat and singing, having neither creativity nor charm of Nuero. That's why they are boring as shit.

This whole gig started because Vedal wanted to showoff with the cool shit he made. He was never interested in Neuro as an individual, only as his work. This is why he never tries to get creative with her, he just wants to do shit his own way and then brag that he made it, kinda like forsen with the record. He only cares about showing what HE can do, not what Neuro says or does. Basically Neuro is his dancing monkey.
Ever notice how every time Neuro implies that she's in charge here Vedal immidiately goes "actually I'm the boss here"? It all looks like he lives in her shadow. I wouldn't be surprised if he thinks that Neuro has taken spotlight that should be rightfully his.
