I got antibiotics for the bacteria I have. Apparently the treatment makes you feel really shit after several days. Also reading various forums for the illness is depressing because everyone is saying how long it took them to beat it, or that it came back after several years. But fuck it, whatever, I just want it gone at this point. It's probably half a year before I feel normal again.
