I am pretty sure NeuroSama uses gpt-3, or "gpt-3.5" the fine-tuned version.

I also know of BLOOM, the one from bigscience: https://arxiv.org/abs/2211.05100 this one is completely open source open access for anyone who wants to use the big strong models themselves for advanced tasks

papers are daunting, but even if you can't understand the datascience/computerscience/engineering you can read the abstract -> introduction -> skip some -> results/discussion -> conclusion.
almost everything is opensource openaccess so feel free to try to make your own cool things https://arxiv.org/ because many papers are also papers with code with github links
