This is an interesting case study, actually. Because Mori religion abhors human sacrifice for its own sake, as it blasphemes death. But executing criminals is acceptable, as this is just an extension of the principle of protecting yourself, your loved ones and your country. And using the remains of those criminals is not particularly objectionable. Arguably, the Deadbeat funeral ritual of returning the bones to the Underworld has a practical purpose of recycling the chuubanite in the /morig/ ecosystem, so it's not so dissimilar.
So, from a theological viewpoint, /risu/ turning their dead into compost is not incompatible with the Deadbeat philosophy.
