Interesting... as far as I can see it's just that ONE video which was posted at the exact same time on both Youtube and Bilibili.
Every video before and after that one were posted later than the Youtube one by various amounts -

Cover started putting out Simplified and Traditional Chinese translations on Youtube Hologra starting October 1, 3 weeks after Anya's Hologra. It started with this one : https://youtu.be/-tVfp729a5M
If you check the Bilibili version of the same video, it was late by 17.5 hours : https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1P94y1h7RZ/
That doesn't make sense, the original video had Chinese subtitles and it took them that long just to reupload it, when they uploaded Anya's hologra TO THE MINUTE?

The most plausible rrat here is that Cover onboarded some chinks to do the Chinese subs for Hologra, and one of those fuckers leaked Anya's Hologra to the fags running the Bilibili channel - probably to enhance their "China returning to Hololive" narrative (which one of them is trying to push here again).
Probably got fired for it too, which then likely delayed CN subs on Youtube Hologra by 3 weeks.

tl;dr : Anya's hologra very likely got leaked to Bilibili by a CN translator hired by Cover.
