Most of the projects you mentioned are from the first 1-1.5 year time period, when EN as a whole still treated their career as somewhat of an opportunity and not just a 9-to-5.
Funny how the most hated EN here is always the one who sets up these collab projects. Eikaiwa and HoloYoi are mostly JP collabs btw, not meant for EN box building.
Also funny that most of the other stuff are main channel programs pushed by Cover themselves.

Quality-wise, I'm sorry to say, the halloween and the valentine's thing weren't really up to par.
Very few closeups, long-distance pngs, no real sense of intimacy, just cold and detached corpo cash grabs. It was pretty clear that there wasn't any passion behind it.
The numbers and subsequent mentions of them reflected the quality. Hell you bringing them up is probably the only time anyone even remembers that these events happened.
Meanwhile JP was getting all of this stuff AND MORE.
And after that 1.5 year period, all of it just... dried up in the EN side.
They got MORE people, but everyone just became more distant.

Anyway, I suppose in the end it's just a matter of feeling and preference. Personally I just feel any sort of attachment to any of the ENs, at least enough to spend money on them. Which is what started the conversation in the first place. Maybe it's just something personal I suppose.
