I think this is as far as we got in terms of ideas the last time around. There are still some spots available and some of the existing ones could be replaced or upgraded, so we could probably try and fill the roster out. Long story short, we would need the following:
>23 players that are representative of us as a thread, complete with 3D models (I can try my hand at that last part)
>optionally, a stadium for us to play on
>anthems and goalhorns
>chants, basically funny sound bites
