>She immediately did it publicly
She responded after they made it public. One side made things public, and it wasn't Doki. Are you complaining that she didn't let them get away with talking shit?

>She did
I'm sure you can timestamp the exact moment she said, in no uncertain words, that she would post her receipts. Not her reminding Nijisanji that she had them, and they shouldn't talk shit. I want you to find the moment she said she would post them. Word for word. Should be easy, I'm sure.

>A document isn't a long tweet, you're retarded
picrel. For your own homework, look up Ad Hominem.

>Show me an example where a company used an employee's character name to explain to people why their contract had to be terminated and explain how that court case ended up.
I don't need to because the underlined portion wasn't her name. The punishment being publicized was illegal. Yes, it's a silly overly broad law that most rational minds would scoff at. It's still the law. Don't hire Canadians if you can't handle their laws. Same with any other country really.

>Prove PIPEDA even applies to where Doki lives too.
>please dox doki for me
Fuck off. We know she lives in Canada. PIPEDA applies to the entirety of Canada. It's a federal law.

>Explain why she hasn't sued without using any peace arguments too
>peace arguments
Fuck that. There are two damn good reasons not to sue Anycolor and neither have anything to do with peace or even her likelihood of winning.
Here's the first: Do you know what a corporation does when an individual sues them? I'll give you a step by step breakdown.
>first they stall
>then they stall some more
>then they check if you can still afford your attorney
>they see you can
>so they stall some more
>you can't afford your attorney anymore?
>TIME FOR COURT
This is 100% legal. It's a massive failure of the legal system, but there are no preventative measures in place to prevent it. The average person, no, not even the average rich twitch streamer has the money to successfully sue a corporation. They will bleed you dry before you even get a foot in the door.

The second reason is because lawsuits are public. If she sues, then she's hard doxxed. Everyone named in the case is doxxed. It's scorched earth. That's a pretty big issue since not does it fuck her over, but it also prevents her from calling any witnesses without doxxing them. The legal system was not designed with anonymous anime girls in mind.

>Wrong. She was complaining solely about her medical documents and said those were signed to be private and were kept private. She never said anything about other documents other than she wanted them to not be seen too but "miscommunication".
Cite your source. Line for line. The part where she says only certain documents were signed to be kept private. Because there is no evidence that there was ever more than one packet of documents sent.

>If you can't see how calling fans dragoons isn't drama farming, there's no saving you
Yeah I can't see why she should have to give up something she likes just because you don't. Thanks for not "saving" me I guess.

>That's blackmail.
Welcome to the real world sweetheart. Everything is blackmail. Pay your bills or I'll shut off your utilities. Pay your rent or I'll kick you out. Do your job or I'll fire you. Obey the law or go to jail. The world runs on blackmail.

>Also no one was keeping her there
Do you know what the average turnaround time is for a graduation after asking for one? Six months. Do you think a woman that was harassed to the point of making an attempt on her life should stay with her harassers for that long? She wanted out early. Vox lied to you honey, you can't leave when you want. You leave when they let you. Unless you break your contract, but you don't want to do that. Because breaking a contract comes with a large fucking fine. For the record, this is the case with literally every legal contract on the face of the earth. A contract without penalties is unenforceable. Doki wanted Anycolor to take legal responsibility for ending her contract early, so that she would not be on the line for breaking contract. She cited the harassment as a reason to be let go early.

>That whole section proved you're a retarded rrat crafter
Nice argument. Wait no it isn't. You just couldn't be bothered to address anything. That's the opposite of an argument. That's sticking your fingers in your ears and screaming LALALA.

>You're defending drama farming for money
Show me the continued drama farming.

>She literally said she wanted to properly say good bye to her audience. That means a stream. Did you think she was gonna immediately graduate after posting last cup of coffee?
No I think she originally wanted to have a graduation stream. And then she tried to kill herself and told the world to upload it (so they would have something to remember her by). Then she lived and just wanted to get the fuck out asap. Which is where the lawyer came in.
