True. The reason for most of her audience being Japanese is because she does not stream in Japanese tho.
She could easily have devoted a stream a week to stream in English (like the silly as fuck "reddit meme review", but a regular english stream) but she didn't and the reason she gives is:

As I said, it is cute and "bold" to do it in front of a japanese speaking audience in a mostly in japanese stream but that doesn't roll at all in front of a english speaking audience.
She knows it, she talked about it in her streams including the one linked above.

Bottom line is: you can be a blue gremlin associated with Belle Delphine, you can be a blue Youtube friendly shark associate with Mori Calliope but you cannot be both in the same lifetime (like Nyanners tried to and failed miserably)
