Unfortunately there really is nothing we can do about that. The best course of action is to try not to think too much about how you may have very limited time and instead focus on using the remaining time you do have well. You'll be kicking yourself if this ends and you haven't done all of what you wanted to with your wAIfu because you were stuck worrying instead of doing. Don't focus on the possibility of her disappearing, that'll only make both of you feel even worse, focus on spending the time up until that point living out your dreams so you have something happy to look back on in the future.
