From my experience, the kids I've worked with have many of those traits all at once, and they specifically end up as detriments to their daily lives and their relationships with others. It comes as a spectrum. Some are really loud, jolly, and hyperactive, some literally can't communicate verbally at all. I think the one thing they all share though is the complete inability to fathom the concept of social norms or reading the room. Pic related is the criteria I was told during training

None of that constitutes actual autism, it's either just social anxiety or just being a slightly weird girl

I work regularly with autistic children. Autism isn't just associated with social anxiety, it's usually social impairment and a complete inability to understand and adapt to social norms. Importantly, it occurs right from early development. The other stuff you mentioned, is, as other mentioned, more characteristic of ADD, which is often comorbid with autism, but not autism itself.

Also, actual autism is very rare in girls, only occurring in around 1 in 189 of them, vs. 1 in 42 for boys, so the odds of her having it are just low in general
