The thing is that it's a relatively new thing for her. She never seemed to have an issue with it before and actually seemed pretty happy to be chubby until fairly recently, it's only in the last eight months or so that she suddenly did a complete reversal and started hating that aspect of herself (and even then sometimes she doesn't).
