I feel like this is 100% in regards to Sakamata, and she completely understands that her condition is at the point of "she can't do it anymore". Shiikuin's are easily one of the most supportive of their oshi and do what Suisei has said, and Suisei even knows that it's bullshit that non-shiikuins are upset.

Really, this argument feels more like Sui knows the general scope of things rather than some retarded fan (like here or on twitter) that talks out of their ass over a ordeal from almost a year ago that got Sakamata into small heat over being sick.
