Top pic, have to walk down those stairs and down to the ground level walkway, green line, to go up an identical (mirrored) set of stairs on the other side of where my neighbor's apartment is, bottom picture, other side of that waist-high wall. My shared bedroom (wall) is on the side nearest the neighbor's, on the top floor.
