Eki took over Ike's body and ripped apart the Cthulhu fanlore but as long as tcb-mama exists I will consider Eki as an unreliable narrator. Eki saying "I am real, Cthulhu is fictional" can also be understood as "I am a REAL god-like being, don't compare me to fiction," instead of "I have no tentacles"... or whatever.. please just don't take away the my only two source of tentacle fan arts. Ike canonically can time travel to the past (and back to the present) to visit his parents and show them modern technology. This implies that his magic or ability is not lost; he can still regularly use it. And according to Eki, Ike also isn't originally from Sweden. He, as Ike, said that "back at home" he calls the capital city as the Cathedral City, a country that no longer exist. It was considered as the origin of magic. Is this is where he got the ability to leap through time and dimensions? And is it this ability that saved him from the massive explosion caused by forbidden magic that took place within the Cathedral City and caused everyone to disappear? Before he could die, "he" leaped through a different timeline and landed in Sweden where he adapted to the culture and tried to live like a normal novelist.
Is Ike adopted? or are his parents from the Cathedral City too? and if that's the case, does this mean he transported himself AND his parents to Sweden? or did he leave them behind there, occasionally traveling back in time way before the explosion took place just to meet them? Did Ike exist before or after A.D 995? I don't know anything about DOD... I've read about DOD3 related lore and it didn't really specify if the people were killed in the Cathedral City. They just vanished. There's a chance that it wasn't Ike that leaped through time, it was Eki. He's been here since Ike "needed" him... and where does the tentacle part go? Simple: inside me.
At present, he is happily streaming with his friends in NIJISANJI. But little do they know, disaster is just about to get started. At times it may be hard, but don't you forget: he has friends he can rely on. Both the past and the future is fucked up, but at least for now, in this moment, they all have each other. Laughin' having fun everyday making memories.

Time traveling tentacle god Ike is so nice. I noticed how he "blacked out" out of nowhere in his lore video and was transported to "the present". Then he had a breakdown and woke up in a normal room where he's already met the rest of the boys. Is Ike anemic or did Ike just jump through time and space, not once, not twice, but THREE times? The first time where he blacked out and teleported in random place, the second where he went to the future and met Yugo, and third where he went back and woke up in the present with Luxiem..

I'd like to mention that Ike struggles to "convert his age" while Luca and Mysta easily did it. Shu looked like he was born thousands of years ago, which justifies his vague age. Vox is a ~400 year old demon. The "past Ike" from his lore video looked like he was born in an early-modern era. Why would it be difficult for him to convert his age? Is he suffering from time travel amnesia? Or did he just lose track of all the years he spent hopping between timelines? Wait no, actually, I'd like to imagine it IS amnesia. Because Tentacle God Ike lost control of his powers which caused him to exterminate the Earth and spent years all alone in Earth until he realized the shit he just did and managed to reign control of his powers. So he hopped through an alternate universe with "diamond city lights" where Elira and co. exists. He finds himself at the random place, broke down in a random alleyway but tried to live a normal life as a simple novelist. He got in Nijisanji and met his friends. Happy ever after.

But maybe something went wrong along the way. Because the future sure doesn't like bright. All? of Noctyx were born in a dystopian world. The world was "stuck in the abyss".

You can see the future get more fucked up progressively; Alban (dirt poor, abused and had to steal to live), Uki (futuristic world where it was influence vs without), Sonny (a time where they now had access to portal back in time), Yugo (literally a full-blown dystopian world with androids); and insert Fulgur somewhere (post-apocalyptic city-state, 100+ years from now). Maybe Ike was the cause. Maybe he lost his grip the second time, which caused him to travel farther into the future to scout the magnitude of his actions. Maybe that was when he met Yugo and decided to be his teacher. Why Yugo? I don't fuckign know. Maybe Ike felt Yugo's love for music and desire for freedom and it reminded him of himself. Let's just say he went back the third time in the present, years before the second incident took place. Where he woke up in his room. He planned on fixing things after seeing what the future looked like. Except this time he doesn't remember much; not what he did in the past and not what he's about to do again. And it's the responsibility of others to prevent whatever it is to happen. (Shu's "chosen by gods to monitor people theory"; Enna was sent to heaven to mend people's heart, and met Ike. Nina was kicked out of heaven and met Ike. Two fucking dragons, a fairy from a different universe (virtual fairyland), a hundred year old mermaid, literal satan, a witch of calamity, a fucking ghost, a demon... most of them are strong and have powers. They all met Ike. Is it simply just fate or... are the gods pulling some strings? "The gods sees all" after all.

Together, they form bonds and relationships that help prevent the second destruction. You could say that they were the "hope in the dark." They were the shimmering light that will guide him through the night. Somewhere in this Ike fucked me too. I'm going to die under his hands I just know it. I'm sorry if you read all that.
