My rrat: Ina and Sana haven't had duo collabs in ages (even before Ina's break) because they had a bit of a falling out.
Sana got in largely because of cronyism and Ina putting in a good word for her.
But then she ended up not giving much of a crap. She barely streamed all while clearly being active elsewhere.
Now she even went and made another youtube channel so she can stream genshin there.

Ina probably feels bad because she put her own reputation and influence on the line by convincing management to give a slot to Sana. Only for her to not "repay" her by making good use of that chance - instead she's squandering it and everyone can see that Cover would have likely benefitted more from giving that slot to someone who's actually hardworking and truly interested.
