JP holo fans as those who can understand and post about streams outside of utawaku or stuff you don't need to understand? Almost noone. Most JP disscussion you can get here is "please watch X and that's it". If you're in contact with people that were here let's say before Yonkisei 3D they will tell you they stopped using this site for chuuba discussion. If you look at Hololive /t/ thread you will notice that a lot of JP stuff isn't uploaded there anymore including Cinderella switch and NND streams. Unfortunately JP gachikois here became a dying breed.
